MEAT FREE MONDAY | Homemade Peanut Butter


After getting my hands on some sugar and oil free peanut butter in the UK (and loving it) I was desperate to make my own now I've moved to Trinidad. I found this cute tutorial online. Far too easy and a great source of protein for vegetarians and those of you doing Meat Free Monday with us!

Literally buy a bag of any peanuts or nuts of your choosing and whack them in a food processor for five minutes. The nuts will take on the various forms above until they miraculously turn into a smooth nut butter. 
Store in pretty recycled jars. Done!
